This is an important milestone confirming the institutional establishment of a new higher education institution in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the decision of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sodisce.si\/okrokp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">District Court in Koper<\/a>, the institution was entered into the court register on May 8, 2024, and subsequently into the register of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ajpes.si\/podjetje\/Visoka_strokovna_sola_za_oblikovanje_materialov_Sezana?enota=883133&EnotaStatus=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AJPES<\/a>, thereby acquiring the status of an independent legal entity. VSOM operates in Se\u017eana as an institution and represents a new educational and development center in the field of <a href=\"https:\/\/vsom.si\/en\/study-programs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">materials design<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Connection to the Economy<\/h3>\n<p>The founder of VSOM is <a href=\"https:\/\/inkubator.si\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Inkubator d.o.o. Se\u017eana<\/a>, which enables a direct link between education, development, and the needs of the economy.
